The Sales Associate will provide customer-centered service in a WHBM fashion retail store, including personalized product assistance, omnichannel support, loyalty-program education, store performance accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. The role requires flexible availability, strong communication skills, physical ability to stock and operate a register, and is available on a regular or part-time basis at the Leesburg Premium Outlet in Virginia.
