The Sales Associate will provide customer-centered service in a fashion retail environment, including personalized assistance, omnichannel support, loyalty-program education, store performance accountability, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. The role requires flexible availability, strong communication skills, physical ability to stock and operate a register, and eligibility based on the applicant’s state of residence. It is a regular/part-time position at WHBM Prime Outlets Queenstown in Queenstown, Maryland, with hourly pay of $15.00 to $18.75 USD and optional medical, dental, and vision insurance.
