M/I Homes is hiring a Sales Associate in its Southwest Florida division to support New Home Consultants with new-home sales, customer registration, model and inventory-home demonstrations, realtor outreach, sales documentation, marketing activities, competitive analysis, and community presentation and maintenance. The role requires a Florida Real Estate license, weekend and holiday availability, strong sales, negotiation, communication, organizational, customer-service, analytical, and computer skills, including DocuSign, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and an internal CRM.
