The Milwaukee Bucks are hiring a full-time Sales Associate (Inside Sales Representative) for a 12-month contract with promotional opportunities into a permanent sales position. Reporting to the Director, Ticket Sales, the role generates revenue across basketball memberships, event memberships, season tickets, group tickets, and hospitality packages. Responsibilities include outbound and in-person sales, CRM recordkeeping, customer service, sales events, and non-traditional work hours. The position seeks recent or upcoming college graduates and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and game days.
