The Pankratiushof is hiring a Sales Associate (m|f|d) for its farm shop, working an average of 2–3 days or approximately 10–15 hours per week and starting immediately. The role involves selling baked goods, artisanal products, fruit, and vegetables; advising customers on seasonal products; packing bread and sweet baked goods; operating the cash register; and supporting order preparation, labeling, and other shop tasks.
