Description
The Sales Associate provides first-class service to internal and external customers in one of Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail’s 10 John Glenn International Airport retail stores. The role includes greeting and thanking customers, personalized product recommendations, resolving service issues, maintaining store appearance, conducting POS transactions, handling receiving and returns, completing process controls, and following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalency, retail or customer-service experience, shift flexibility, strong communication and customer-service skills, and the ability to pass applicable background and FAA-related checks.
