The Retail Associate provides first-class service to internal and external customers in a retail setting, performing sales-floor or support duties. Responsibilities include personalized customer service, product recommendations, resolving service issues, maintaining store appearance, conducting POS transactions, handling receiving and inventory tasks, completing process controls, and following cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures. The role requires selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail environment and the ability to greet, sell, and thank customers.
