The Sales Associate - Platform provides first-class service to internal and external customers in a retail or support environment, including greeting and thanking customers, personalized product recommendations, resolving service issues, maintaining store appearance, conducting POS transactions, and handling receiving, cycle counts, returns, and transfers. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalency, retail or customer service experience, strong communication and customer service skills, shift flexibility, and the ability to pass applicable background and FAA or Department of Transportation requirements.
