Reformation is hiring a Sales Associate to report to the Store Manager and execute sales goals while delivering an elevated customer experience, educating customers about sustainability, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting loss prevention, and upholding store standards. The role requires at least 20 hours per week and availability for at least three days per week, including weekends, with a flexible schedule. Candidates should have sales or retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The anticipated base hourly range is $16–$25, with employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
