Description
Reformation is hiring a Sales Associate to work at least 30 hours per week, with availability across a full seven-day week and flexible scheduling. The role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on meeting sales goals, generating clientele, delivering an elevated customer experience, educating customers about sustainability, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting loss prevention, and upholding store standards. Candidates should have sales or retail experience, work well in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with diverse customers. The anticipated base compensation is $19 per hour, with employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits for eligible employees.
