Riser Fitness is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and providing excellent customer service. The role involves lead generation, follow-up, closing sales, studio tours, appointment booking, product and pricing knowledge, community events, and maintaining a safe studio environment. Candidates need strong sales, communication, customer service, computer, and English skills, along with the ability to learn Club Ready software and work under pressure. The position pays $19 per hour plus additional sales commission, with average total earnings of $19–$24 per hour.
