Description
The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and provides exceptional customer service, resolves customer issues, and builds lasting customer relationships. The role also handles point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting-room upkeep, store presentation, housekeeping, maintenance, and loss-prevention policies. Applicants should have retail experience, preferably in apparel, along with customer relationship, retail operations, cash-handling, and merchandise-presentation skills.
