Description
The Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and provides exceptional customer service, builds customer relationships, resolves issues, and supports store operations. Responsibilities include POS transactions, merchandising, receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting-room upkeep, product presentation, store housekeeping, maintenance, visual displays, and loss-prevention compliance. The role prefers apparel retail experience and requires customer relationship skills, retail-operation knowledge, presentation skills, judgment, and a customer-first attitude.
