Schewels Home is hiring a Sales Associate to support customers in selecting furniture, provide product knowledge, meet sales targets, recommend additional products, maintain a clean and organized showroom, and collaborate with team members. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to perform physical showroom duties. Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, and bilingual ability is preferred. Compensation is $40,000 to $60,000 annually plus uncapped commission.
