Shore Galleries is hiring a full-time Sales Associate – Firearms Retail to provide customer service, assist customers with firearms, ammunition, and accessories, complete ATF Form 4473 and related compliance paperwork, operate the POS system, manage inventory and merchandising, and follow firearms safety and regulatory protocols. The role requires a valid Illinois FOID card, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior firearms or retail experience, knowledge of firearms and accessories, familiarity with the 4473/NICS process, and upselling ability are preferred.
