The role covers greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, receiving shipments, stockroom organization, loss prevention, staff education, and facility maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least 18 years of age, strong customer service and organizational skills, and availability for 15–20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
