Tecovas is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store leadership and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a retail footwear store. The role covers greeting customers, selling, product knowledge, cash wrap, restocking, receiving shipments, tracking in-transit information, maintaining the stockroom, loss prevention, staff education, and building maintenance. Candidates need a high school diploma, must be at least 18, able to stand, walk, reach overhead, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds regularly, and must be available for 15–20 hours per week plus weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. The position offers competitive hourly compensation of $15–$16 plus incentives, free boots, and an employee discount.
