The Sales Associate provides friendly, expert advice and prepares customer orders, takes responsibility for product placement and promotional items, labels products, handles complaints, and contributes ideas for the product range. The role requires retail experience, knowledge of building materials and tiles, strong customer communication, organizational skills, and openness to digital tools and merchandise management systems. Compensation is aligned with the retail collective agreement of the applicable federal state, with holiday and Christmas bonuses, vacation, social benefits, training, and other employee benefits.
