The role focuses on delivering customer service and product expertise, supporting store operations such as checkout, receiving and dispatching goods, replenishment and displays, recommending products to meet sales targets, using digital devices to connect online and in-store services, training new team members, promoting Nike initiatives, and maintaining current product knowledge. Candidates should be passionate about Nike or sports, have strong customer-service, communication and teamwork skills, good German and English, and be willing to work weekends and shifts.
