Description
Schewels Home is hiring a Sales Associate to support customers in a retail furniture showroom. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with product selection, providing product knowledge, driving sales and meeting targets, recommending additional products and services, maintaining a clean and organized showroom, participating in inventory, and collaborating with team members. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred; bi-lingual ability is preferred. The position reports to the Store Manager and requires physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.
