Nawy is running its 7th batch of a Sales Associate Certification Program in 2026 for career starters and career shifters interested in real estate. The fast-track program provides intensive, expert-led training in real estate knowledge, soft skills, mindset building, and digital tools over 7.5 days, with an additional onboarding day for participants who are offered an Associate Property Consultant role. It is aimed at ambitious, self-driven candidates with limited general work experience and up to 6 months of real estate experience who are eager to learn and succeed in a dynamic, tech-driven sales environment.
