Description
The Sales Associate supports store management in delivering a customer- and product-focused sales culture for Chico’s FAS, Inc. Responsibilities include achieving sales goals through product knowledge and selling techniques, maintaining merchandise and visual standards, providing personalized omnichannel customer service, operating the register, enrolling customers in rewards, clienteling, replenishment and locate fulfillment, visual merchandising, and maintaining boutique cleanliness. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, adaptability to company technology, multitasking, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to stand and walk for most of an eight-hour shift and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
