Chico’s FAS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Harvard Square store team. The role supports management by driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation and store standards, assisting with replenishment and order-locate fulfillment, operating the register, and building customer relationships through clienteling and rewards-program enrollment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, and technology-adaptation skills; retail or sales experience is preferred. The position requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves substantial standing, walking, climbing, and occasional lifting.
