M/I Homes is hiring a Sales Associate in its expanding Southwest Florida division. The role supports a New Home Sales Consultant throughout the new-home sales process by demonstrating homes and communities, registering customers in the Pivotal CRM, providing pricing and financing information, assisting with buyer documentation and Realtor relationships, conducting marketing activities and competitive analyses, and maintaining community presentation standards. A Florida Real Estate license is required, and weekend and holiday work is required.
