COBS Bread is hiring full-time Sales Associates to provide a personable in-bakery customer experience, merchandise products, execute marketing campaigns, maintain a clean bakery, and assist with production as needed. The role requires a positive attitude, reliability, self-motivation, teamwork, and a willingness to learn; relevant retail and cash-handling experience is an asset. Physical work includes standing, walking, lifting up to 22 kg, and bending. The position offers flexible hours, training, career advancement, complimentary products, and starting pay of $18–$19 per hour depending on experience and ability.
