The role provides customer service, assists with store business, recommends products and outfits, supports inventory and operational tasks, communicates with management, and may lead or supervise other associates. The position requires customer focus, communication, physical ability to lift and move at least 40 pounds, POS and computer aptitude, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
