The Sales Associate provides customer service, maintains store visuals and merchandise, supports sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling, performs inventory counts, handles register transactions, and follows safety procedures. The role requires a flexible schedule, strong communication, organization, basic math skills, critical thinking, and familiarity with computer systems and two-way radios; customer service, retail, and cash-handling experience are preferred. The position offers $18.00 to $19.00 per hour and includes an employee discount, 401(k) employer match, and profit sharing.
