Club Pilates is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate for its Tallahassee studio from May 2026 through August 2026. The role provides in-person, phone, and email customer service; welcomes prospective members; schedules intro classes; follows up with leads; sells memberships, retail, and private training packages; assists members with account questions using ClubReady; supports retention; maintains studio organization; and participates in studio promotions. Compensation is hourly plus commission, with base pay paid bi-weekly and commission paid monthly. The position requires a friendly, outgoing, communicative, organized, and detail-oriented candidate, along with a background check, clean driving record, and proof of identity and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
