Vodafone is hiring a Sales Associate RLP/Hesse to represent employees in shops across Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate. The role involves advising and selling products and services in English, entering contracts, handling customer payments, resolving complaints, and maintaining the TKS shop appearance. It can be filled full-time or in near-full-time part-time for at least 30 hours and is based at the Baumholder site for TKS Kaiserslautern GmbH. Applicants need vocational training or a comparable qualification, telecommunications sales experience, customer care and billing knowledge, MS Office skills, a class B driver’s license, strong German, and C1-level English.
