Description
The Car Sales Person sells new and/or used vehicles at a dealership, meeting gross-profit, volume, and customer-satisfaction standards. The role includes greeting customers, assisting with vehicle selection, explaining product benefits, arranging test drives, completing sales paperwork, preparing and delivering vehicles, coordinating finance and insurance, introducing customers to service, and maintaining follow-up and prospect systems. The position requires selling at least 10 units per month, attending training, maintaining a professional appearance and acceptable driving record, and complying with dealership policies.
