Description
The Sales Associate supports a customer- and product-focused sales culture by meeting sales goals, recommending merchandise, maintaining pricing and visual standards, resolving customer concerns, processing transactions, and building client relationships. The role also supports store replenishment, locate fulfillment, visual directives, boutique organization, and teamwork. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, retail or sales experience is preferred, and the position requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15.49 per hour or the applicable city or local minimum wage, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits mentioned.
