DSI is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services in a store-within-a-store retail location in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The role involves greeting customers, identifying needs, educating customers about wireless products and plans, meeting sales goals, processing transactions, activating service plans, maintaining product knowledge, and providing customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, while at least one year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission, paid training, career advancement, and medical, dental, vision, and life insurance available after the first month of hire.
