DSI is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Vestal, New York to represent AT&T products and services in a store-within-a-store retail setting. The role involves greeting customers, identifying needs, educating customers about wireless products and plans, meeting sales goals, processing transactions, activating service plans, maintaining product knowledge, and providing customer service. A high school diploma or GED is required, while at least one year of retail sales, customer service, or face-to-face sales experience is preferred.
