MWEB (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Sales Call Centre Agent on commission for Full-Time Contract positions. The successful candidate will report to the Sales Team Manager and be responsible for acquiring new customers via inbound and outbound calls, as well as upselling existing customers to various MWEB products. Key duties include presenting products, performing needs analysis, building customer relationships, resolving issues, achieving sales targets, coordinating with teams, analyzing market potential, tracking sales, staying updated on best practices, and continuous improvement.
