Baker Distributing is hiring a full-time Sales Center Manager in Ridgeland, South Carolina to lead the daily sales and operations of a wholesale HVAC distributorship. The role manages inventory, merchandising, P&L performance, customer and vendor relationships, safety, training, and a diverse workforce including warehouse, receiving, shipping, delivery, fleet, showroom, warranty, counter sales, and inside sales personnel. Candidates need HVAC industry operational experience, sales and inventory management expertise, P&L interpretation ability, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
