Codecool is hiring a Junior Sales Specialist to generate and qualify leads, contact prospects through calls, emails, messages, and events, arrange customer meetings, maintain CRM records in HubSpot, prepare activity and pipeline reports, and meet sales targets. The role is entry-level, full-time, and hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working from home. Candidates should have secondary education, strong communication and persuasion skills, and preferably 1–2 years of customer-facing experience; Hungarian and English communication are advantageous.
