The role develops and grows the business by qualifying leads, building customer relationships, closing deals, contacting prospects through cold calling, increasing sales in existing accounts, reconnecting with lost accounts, entering sales orders, and collaborating with the sales manager. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of sales experience, strong selling and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Excel and CRM systems.
