Saatva is hiring Sleep Guides, also called Sales Associates, for its nationwide network of Viewing Rooms. The role involves engaging customers in person, explaining mattress and bedding products, answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a high-quality retail experience. Candidates should have strong communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and computer skills; 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, but training is available.
