Bosch Energy and Building Solutions is hiring a temporary Sales Controller to support cross-business-field sales controlling and sales excellence. The role coordinates KPIs and sales targets, develops sales tools and customer segmentation, monitors cross-selling, ensures data quality, prepares reports, and supports sales management meetings and special projects. Candidates need a business administration or economics degree, several years of experience in sales excellence or sales controlling, MS Office and SAP proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and very good English and German.
