Description
John Crane is hiring a Commercial Sales Support Specialist to provide end-to-end commercial support for designated customers and external sales and service personnel. The role covers RFQs, product-code assignment, contract and order reviews, SAP order entry, delivery expediting, post-delivery queries, quotations and bids, product selection, pricing, customer visits, and resolution of account, credit, returned-goods, and complaint issues. The position requires prior customer-facing experience, preferably in a technical or engineering sales environment, along with ERP and SAP experience, strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
