Integrated Real Estate Group is hiring a full-time Sales Counselor to support occupancy growth at Watermere at Shadow Creek Ranch, a luxury independent living community. The role manages prospects from initial inquiry through lease signing and move-in, conducts personalized tours, responds to inquiries, maintains CRM records, follows up with seniors and families, coordinates move-in documentation, and builds referral relationships. Candidates need at least two years of successful sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, CRM familiarity, and a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
