The Forum is hiring a full-time Residency Counselor to support the Director of Sales & Marketing in generating qualified inquiries, handling prospects, conducting property tours, overcoming objections, completing paperwork, and entering data into a lead-management system. The role is responsible for meeting move-in and census goals through sales, referrals, community outreach, and marketing activities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, two years of marketing or sales experience, a California Real Estate License, and one year of senior housing or healthcare-related experience; hospitality experience is preferred. The position offers a salary of $70,886 to $94,515 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
