Description
Sutherland is hiring a Phone Sales Representative in Sofia to advise customers by phone on telecommunications products and services, increase revenue through an unlimited commission model, and provide customer support for internet, telephone, and TV services. The role requires C1 German, strong communication and persuasion skills, and willingness to work from the Sofia office during training; experience in sales or BPO is an advantage. Full-time or part-time options are available, with standard shifts of 08:00–19:00 Monday through Friday and flexible office-to-home-office arrangements after training.
