RingCentral is hiring a Sales Data Analyst to support business process implementation and redesign initiatives by updating Salesforce account data, performing ETL and data integrity reviews, conducting business analysis, documenting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires at least two years of business process design or documentation experience and two years as a Business Analyst or Requirements Analyst, with Salesforce, CRM, business intelligence, Microsoft, and preferably Python and SQL experience.
