Stäubli Tec Systems India is hiring a Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager for its Fluid Connectors Division in the Data Center market, based in Bengaluru. The role drives revenue growth across South India and supports West India by developing relationships with liquid-cooling OEMs, colocation operators, hyper-scalers, MEP consultants, and EPC contractors; providing technical-commercial support; managing project specifications and tenders; preparing forecasts and market intelligence; and achieving sales and profitability targets. The position requires 8–10 years of experience in technical sales, project sales, or business development within data centers, liquid cooling, thermal management, mission-critical infrastructure, HVAC, or fluid systems, along with a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical; an MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage.
