EquipmentShare is hiring a Sales Development Associate for its rental facility in Temecula, California. The role supports revenue growth by qualifying leads, prospecting new accounts, developing customer relationships, generating quotes, processing rental agreements, coordinating equipment delivery and servicing, and using CRM tools. It is intended as a stepping stone toward a Territory Account Manager role and requires availability Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position offers a $70,000–$75,000 annual salary, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
