J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is hiring a full-time Sales Development Manager in Troy, Michigan. The role develops new enterprise transportation business through lead generation, cold calling, networking, customer discovery, proposals, contract negotiation, closing, solution implementation, account strategy, and transition to account management. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED and 2–3 years of sales, account management, or relevant experience, including at least one year of North American Truckload experience; a bachelor’s degree in a related business, communications, marketing, public relations, or supply chain field is preferred. The position requires local customer travel with occasional overnight travel and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
