R+V is hiring a Process & Project Manager (m/f/d) for its dispositive sales organization. The role designs and optimizes end-to-end sales processes, analyzes and automates processes, leads improvement and automation projects, and develops use cases involving RPA, No-/Low-Code, VBA, or AI. The position requires a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification, initial professional experience in process management and/or projects, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
