Description
Delightree is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate outbound leads, build a qualified pipeline, meet or exceed quota, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least one year of sales experience meeting quota, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Google Suite, HubSpot, and/or Salesforce. The position offers a $55,000 base salary, $85,000 OTE, uncapped commission, benefits, equity options, and career advancement, with onsite work in the Denver office three to five days per week and occasional travel.
