Eightfold is hiring a remote Sales Development Representative to set up qualified meetings with Talent Acquisition and HR executives at leading US businesses. The role partners with Enterprise Account Executives, identifies sales opportunities, promotes Eightfold’s AI technology, and evangelizes the platform across talent acquisition and HR communities. Candidates need at least six months of sales or related experience, cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize under pressure; a bachelor’s degree, AI or LLM experience, recruiting interest, and a competitive mindset are preferred. The base salary is $60,000 plus commission, with potential equity awards.
